Residential Childcare Worker

£17,874 – £25,551 Dependent on experience and qualifications

Hillside is a school for boys aged 10-16 with social, emotional and behavioural
difficulties for whom mainstream schooling is not currently an option.

We are seeking to recruit full and part time staff to join our team of
experienced and committed professionals in the delivery of high standards of
care to pupils within a residential educational setting.

Your role will be to contribute to the care and education of our pupils in a
supportive and child-centred manner and to assist them in engaging with the
education process to the highest level of their abilities.

Interested candidates will ideally have experience of working with young
people in a community, residential or educational setting. Registration with
SSSC and an HNC Social Care and SVQ III in Care or equivalent would be
advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided to the right
candidate.
